Accounts list

Provide a detailed list of the top accounts sorted by SEI balance. Each entry should include:

• Rank: The rank of the account based on SEI balance.

• EVM address: The account's EVM address.

• Native address: The account's Native SEI address.

• Public tag: A public label of the account (if available).

• Total balance SEI: The current SEI balance held by the account.

• Percentage: The percentage of the total SEI supply held by the account.

• Txn count: The total number of transactions conducted by the account.
